NEC Tokin America Inc. offers a range of benefits
for our eligible full-time employees and their families. Many
benefits are available upon hire; some benefits require a waiting
period before employees are eligible for enrollment. The
following is a brief summary of benefits, and complete provisions
on eligibility and enrollment are detailed in the insurance
plan documents for our employees. Policy provisions will
prevail in the event of any discrepancies, and plans are subject
to change at any time. |

Medical & Dental Insurance |
| |

NEC Tokin America offers a health plan
with a variety of benefits with prescription drug coverage. Our
dental plan includes preventive care, basic and major restorative
care as well as orthodontia coverage. Both medical
and dental insurance plans allow employees the flexibility
to select medical care providers in and out of network. |

Vision Insurance |
| |
|
NEC Tokin America offers free vision care
insurance for our regular, full-time employees and their
families. The insurance premiums are 100% covered by
the company. |

Life and Accident
Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance |
| |
|
NEC Tokin America provides all full-time,
regular employees with Life and AD&D insurance coverage
at no cost to the employee. The basic life insurance
coverage is 2 times annual salary to a maximum of $300,000. The
AD&D benefit will equal the life insurance amount to
a maximum of $300,000 for eligible employees. |

Long-Term Disability
(LTD) Insurance |
| |
|
NEC Tokin America provides all eligible
full-time, regular employees with long-term disability (LTD)
insurance coverage at no cost to the employee. The
insurance offers monthly benefits equal to 66.67% of monthly
pre-disability pay to a maximum of $8,000 per month. |

Premium Only
Plan (POP) - Section 125 Plan |
| |
|
NEC Tokin America offers a Premium Only
Plan (POP) which is a type of flexible benefit plan to our
eligible employees. The POP allows participants to
pay their share of insurance premiums for company sponsored
plans (health & dental at NEC Tokin America) on a pre-tax
basis that allows employees to save on federal taxes, state
income taxes in most states, and Social Security and Medicare. |

Personal Time
Off (PTO) |
| |
|
NEC Tokin America provides regular full-time
employees with a generous personal time off (PTO) program
based on the length of service at the company. Employees
earn time off from the first day of employment and accrue
hours every pay period. Up to 200 hours per calendar year
may be carried over.
- 00 - 12 months of service = accrue up to 15 days annually (5
hours per pay period)
- 13 - 60 months of service = accrue up to 20 days annually (6.67 hours per
pay period)
- 60+ months
of service = accrue up to 25 days annually (8.33 hours
per pay period)

NEC Tokin America observes the following
10 paid holidays. Full-time employees are paid for
company designated holidays. The company assigns additional
floating holidays at its discretion on a yearly basis.

Employee Assistance
Program (EAP) |

NEC Tokin America provides full-time, regular
employees and their families with free, confidential counseling
services via our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Our
EAP service offers caring, professional assistance for a
variety of life concerns such as relationship issues, family
concerns, stress, drug and alcohol concerns, legal referrals,
financial referrals and other personal problems. |

401(k) Retirement
Savings Plan |
| |

NEC Tokin America offers eligible employees
an opportunity to contribute to a 401(K) retirement plan
up to the IRS maximum to help employees save for retirement. The
company provides a matching contribution of 50% of the first
10% that is contributed by employees into the plan. Please
note that there is a vesting schedule for the company match. |
